The Thoughts I Think
I am a Christian. I sincerely believe in a Creator who has an unquenchable love for the human race. I believe we are tainted by sin. However, I believe Jesus, the Son of Man, God-in-human-form, sacrificed his earthly life and blood to pay for our iniquities that we may be redeemed.
But the movers and shakers of the Christian right? (The Christian Right, The Twentieth Century, Divining America: Religion in American History, TeacherServe, National Humanities Center) They are Christians in name only. The Warhawks, the racists, the merchants of death… I assert they are manipulating the simple-minded in exchange for purpose, while having the arrogance to assume their sins will not be judged. This is a dismissal of, while claiming belief in, a Sovereign God. They are gravely mistaken.
My belief in the OG (Original God) is a result of many hours spent pondering Metaphysical Logic. (Metaphysics (Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy)) As an armchair philosopher, I do not believe there is any possible state of existence other than the one with the OG and further, that there is only one universe, which He created. This line of thought is self-sufficient and a priori. (A priori Definition & Meaning - Merriam-Webster) For this reason, among others, it is Bad (Bad Definition & Meaning - Merriam-Webster) to act otherwise.
The Christian right is evil. This devil must be slain. I call on any reasonable person willing to argue why this is not so.
